## Wyoming Minimum Wage
Wyoming’s state minimum wage is technically $5.15 per hour, but as of 2026 any worker covered by the federal Fair Labor Standards Act must be paid at least the federal minimum of $7.25 per hour — which covers most employees. Tipped employees may receive a cash wage of $2.13 per hour as long as tips bring total pay to at least $7.25. No increase is scheduled for 2027.
