Ohio Minimum Wage Law
As of January 1, 2009, the current Ohio Minimum Wage is $7.30 per hour for non-tipped employees, and $3.65 per hour for tipped employees.
Ohio Overtime Law
Pursuant to Ohio Overtime Law, all employers grossing over $150,000.00 will pay overtime at one and one-half the employee’s hourly rate after 40 actual working hours. However, under Ohio Overtime Law, employers who gross less than $150,000.00
no overtime required for hours over 40.
